You need to read what the Mothership(Big Green Egg) says about on-line purchases. They will not honor warranties if bought on line.

If you have a good dealer in town, they should be more than happy to order you one.

You can call the mothership and they will ship it to you. I couldn't find one here in Raleigh and they fixed me up
