Rib dinner (pics)
Cooked my first complete meal on the Egg. I've only cooked ribs a few times but these were the best. Smoked with apple and hickory for about 6 hours, with the last hour adding the sauce. The potatoes were awesome too.

Yes, it's a 3 year old goldendoodle. She's the best dog a family could have.
