Rib dinner (pics)

Cooked my first complete meal on the Egg. I've only cooked ribs a few times but these were the best. Smoked with apple and hickory for about 6 hours, with the last hour adding the sauce. The potatoes were awesome too.



Notice the well trained dog with rib meat on her nose, waiting for the OK command to eat it.

Yes, it's a 3 year old goldendoodle. She's the best dog a family could have.
