Four Filets Find Fire

As a break from all that pork tenderloin last night we decided to explore the other tenderloin. Filet Migon is one of our favorites and I had not tried the egg and this particular cut so the fire was stoked and the meat prepared. Results were very favorable and this avenue will be traveled again.
