ChiliPimp, Enjoy your new toy! I'm only 3 months into it and just pulled a 5# Boston butt off the fire after about 12 hours. Sure smells good and I couldn't resist sampling a few morsels before wrapping & putting it to bed in my Igloo until the morning. Amazing how much shrinkage there is in a butt roast. Gotta be somewhere like 30-40 percent!
