Shish Kebab help please

350 direct and then depends on what kind of meat...[p]pork 145-150 degrees internal[p]it doesn't take long, maybe 30-40 minutes. the metal skewers transfer the heat right to the middle of the chunks[p]

Rick's Tropical Delight,[p]Thanks for the insight. I never even thought of Lamb before..I'll have to try that next time.[p]We're not doing pork....just steak, chicken and shrimp with the normal veggies etc. At 350 it sounds like 30 minutes max or so?

yep... maybe 15 minutes for the shrimp max.[p]you'd be better off putting one type of meat or seafood on each skewer or kabab. all three of those different types will take different times to be cooked with the chicken the longest

Maybe smaller chunks of meat? That is what I do and make more smaller kabobs.
