Rick's Tropical Delight,[p]Thanks for the insight. I never even thought of Lamb before..I'll have to try that next time.[p]We're not doing pork....just steak, chicken and shrimp with the normal veggies etc. At 350 it sounds like 30 minutes max or so?

yep... maybe 15 minutes for the shrimp max.[p]you'd be better off putting one type of meat or seafood on each skewer or kabab. all three of those different types will take different times to be cooked with the chicken the longest

Maybe smaller chunks of meat? That is what I do and make more smaller kabobs.
