<p />Murphy Goode Sonoma County Liar's Dice Zin '04 --
Dark ruby red.
Good spice, dark fruits, black raspberry, black cherry.
Ripe but not overripe fruits on palate, nice complexity, light vanilla, some toast.
Good length to flavorful finish.
Probably my favorite pizza wine [90][p]Served with Big Green Egg cooked Pizza Bianca (carmelized onion, arugula, garlic, fresh mozarella, spressata sausage, fresh parmessan)...[p]

    I've never heard of spressata sausage - what is it like? pepperoni maybe?
