OK< OK, I know this is not the best cut, but the Rusty Hen bought some. I have searched the archives and found nothing. Anyone have a good idea? All I have ever done with it in the past is country fried and I want to do something with it on the egg. Thanks for any ideas, Tom

    Rusty Rooster,
I like to marinade my cube steaks in burgandy wine for about an hour and then I throw herbs to it...basil,oregano,thyme,salt,pepper and add just a little garlic. Grill it like a thin steak till it's just done(no place for a probe). Add a little flour and milk to the leftover marinade to make gravy. Serve it with(or on) some garlic bread and some veggies...whew, it'll make your tongue slap your brains around. You'll be cubin' more often. It's the only way we eat ours any more. Enjoy!
