I haven't used Tsunami Spin in a really long time. The cover was on tight, but it's so clumpy that even raking it with a fork doesn't help. Is there any way to make it sprinklable again?

    Hi Judy
If the Tsunami is really old....like well over a year....I would chuck it. The sesame seeds in there just don't hold up for ages and ages. Did you taste any on your hand??[p]If it still tastes good to you....try zipping it real quick in a little blade coffee grinder.[p]Cheers and g'night

<p />Judy Mayberry,[p]I live in a very humid place and we just throw a couple dozen grains of uncooked white japanese rice in with rubs and our salt shakers. [p]Works great for physical agitation, absorbing moisture and doesn't affect the flavor.[p]Aloha,[p]Greg
