my medium had that issue also. With time those pinhead size holes will fill with dirt and you'll see them less and less. In the meantime there is nothing to worry about. If you do want to remedy it sooner you can buy a small bottle of touch up paint from BGE or just go to a good artsy/craftsy store and take a BGE foot or the rain bonnet with you. There you can find a small bottle of acrylic paint and using a small brush or even a toothpick "drop" a tiny amount of paint in each.
