They were actually pretty easy, I have most of his shows tivo'd so I watched it just before cooking them. They get that color from boiling them in water and baking soda before baking. -RP

AZRP,[p]Those look great. I saw that recipe too. But I live down the street from a great German bakery that has been making pretzels for over a hundred years. I gotta ask myself: should I make them, or just buy some real good, fresh ones and smoke some more meat?
