UPS is getting quicker - sent yesterday and arrived today - upon returning home this afternoon I found my new wireless bbq thermometer -- like the earlier report the directions indicate the probe maxes out at 199* and not to use the probe at bbq temperatures exceeding 500* (the cable appears to be thicker that a regular probe cable) - tonight I'll be off to the store fir the batteries - sometime in the next few days we'll give it a try.
