Gfw,I heard and read about cooking on indirect heat. How do you cook indirect with the egg and when would you use this?

<p />Thomas Shook, I use the indirect method for ribs, jerky, pulled pork, pulled beef, etc. It works great when you want to cook at lower temperatures for extended periods. Check out the link for the setup - the butts in the picture were done a few weeks ago.
