I let it burn for a bit to crisp whatever gunk is left on the grill and wait for it to cool to use my brush...link to which is below. imo, best on the market. beats the brass bristle brushes by many, many miles...[p]also, i would be remiss if i didn't mention the "billy bar." some on here swear by it.

GriffinGaDawg, I use the Grill Wizard Brush and love it. See the link in GriffinGaDawg's post. The only thing I did to 'improve' it was to bend the handle to get a better angle. [p]Beers,[p]BeerMike
