On Friday I loaded the egg up with about 85% WG Competition blend, 15% Royal Oak up to near the top of fire ring. Started the fire at 5:00 PM, cooked two 7.5 pound butts until 10:00 AM Saturday, kept fire going and put on 3 slabs of ribs at noon, took them off at 5:30, put a pot of baked beans on at 6:00 and took them off at 7:30. That's 26 1/2 hours of continual use! I stirred the lump today to remove ashes and to see how much lump I had left and here is the result :[p]
