did the dr chicken recoipe this week as well, its a keeper. never got the butter pecan extract, i used some frangelica and it was pretty good.

OTOH here's an earlier one that I smoked and also sprinkled on chopped pecans. Both were very good! And the real added kicker is the scraps and bone makes one bodacious ham and bean soup!
