Warranty help with Mothership for cracked firebox

Besides calling the 800 number, does anyone have an insider I can talk to about getting a warranty replacement firebox. I tried to register but no I don’t have the original receipt from 2009.

i re-registered with the help of @HannahGreeneE about two years ago. kinda makes you wonder what they did with those registration cards 20 to 25 years ago.fukahwee maineyou can lead a fish to water but you can not make him drink it
