Short Ribs in the Freezer

I found a whole 3 bone plate of short ribs vacuumed sealed burried in the freezer dated 12/13/24. Any thoughts other get the damn things out of the freeezer and Egg um.  Chat GPT said go for it.

    Are you concerned they've been in the freezer too long?  If they've been at 0°F or below, no worries.  Enjoy!

    As above. As long as the seal is tight you are definitely good to go.

    Meat will keep pretty much indefinitely if kept frozen theoughout, though you may discern a degradation of texture and flavour.
