Short Ribs in the Freezer

I found a whole 3 bone plate of short ribs vacuumed sealed burried in the freezer dated 12/13/24. Any thoughts other get the damn things out of the freeezer and Egg um. Chat GPT said go for it.

Meat will keep pretty much indefinitely if kept frozen theoughout, though you may discern a degradation of texture and flavour.

Yup, eat away. I've had far older cuts and so long as it's sealed without freezer burn, it'll be fine
