I bought that exact same one fifteen years ago for slightly more. Great machine, I've used it quite a lot.

Interesting story to share...I bought a used one like that in 2010 for 175 loonies, it included the ParaFlexx sheets for drying pulpy stuff like fruit rollups. The sellers were a young couple, they had more than a dozen units for sale, previously used for supplying a local health food store with dehydrated fruits. Their side hustle was doing so well that they had to upgrade to larger industrial units.

I used mine primarily for making jerky, ended up selling it since I didn't use it enough and I needed to make room for new toys

I also find making jerky in Traeger is easier and less messy.
