Magazine quality photo right there. Sweet!Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. Life is too short for light/lite beer! Seems I'm livin in a transitional period. CHEETO (aka Agent Orange) makes Nixon look like a saint.

I brined them this time, patted dry, used a spicy rub, and broke out the Smucker’s, used a blending stick on the preserves and brushed on evenly. Smoked with peach. 🍑 Not a bad way to spend dinner. No sauce needed.gmanrva said:Looks great, gotta love your peach preserve recipe"Knowledge is Good" - Emil Faber

It was one of my luckier cooks. I got the temp stable, and left to go fetch some things I need to complete my table for the BGE. Was gone just a bit longer than I should and they were so tender. Surprised me again.johnmitchell said:Those look really good Ron😋😋"Knowledge is Good" - Emil Faber

My Beautiful Wife took the picture, she is better at almost everything, as everyday of my life it seems I mess up an anvil. However, I did cook these and used the trick you taught me 15 year ago(?). Tooth pick test. It has never failed.Hoping all is well and thank you for the kind words."Knowledge is Good" - Emil Faber

Yes they were, I had some left over and removed the meat from the bone, chopped it up rather fine.Stormbringer said:Fantastic as always. What rib cut are they, baby back?I made a sauce using blues hog champions blend blended with the left over peach preserves, with a mixing stick.I warmed up the finely chopped rib meat, added the sauce and a slice of sharp cheddar on My Beautiful Wife’s fresh baked rolls, and it was pretty darned good."Knowledge is Good" - Emil Faber
