@JohnInCarolina Thanks for the inspiration, I checked out STCG's video (nod @Botch). So many possibilities there, the meat paste has the perfect texture for hand extruded meatballs (I posted a gif recently). I'm also thinking it'll be a fun project with my spiedini maker, double skewing them diagonally will prevent spinning. Also, I'm spoiled by Red Boat, can't go back to other brands of fish sauce.
