I have done those numerous times from Costco, and they are as good as anything similar I received from SRF.Cap, as always you stick the landing, and that cook is money. SPOG + smoke pap, is hard to beat on these. They are my favorite way to do them.10 out of 10."Knowledge is Good" - Emil Faber

montreal steak seasoning rub (will the costco jug ever run out) and smoked with mesquite and cherry. went great with a bourbon barrel zinfandel
