    Florida stone crab claws.  That is doing it up top shelf.  Those things are dang near addictive.  Season opened 10/15 and closes 5/1/2026.  A challenge to get to the meat but so worth the effort.  Swing that mallet!! =)  Wrap in a dish towel (that will get beat up) before delivering the several blows to achieve the promised land.  
    Despite what some shippers say you can freeze them to tide you over thru the down season.  FWIW-
    Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood.  Life is too short for light/lite beer!  Seems I'm livin in a transitional period. CHEETO (aka Agent Orange) makes Nixon look like a saint.

    Thank you all so much and I will forward your well wishes to her. She has had knee replacement surgery. She is doing spectacular, 3 weeks and she is walking about a mile, no cane.

    Damn, that is amazing progress. I am 4 months out and still having pain, swelling, and only at 118 degrees flexion.

    She’s at 125°, so far, but she has been super aggressive this time compared to last. 

    She is actually making an apple pie for this evening, we are going to a class offered by a chef here in Louisville, at a place called “August Moon” an awesome Asian fusion grill. 

    We are going to learn how he makes those delicious dumplings.
