If you have not put these on the egg doing kabobs, you need to. Totally worth your time and investment.
We used squash, onion, tomato, and zucchini marinated 2 hours. We marinated the beef in a garlic basalmic blend, and the vegetables in Dale’s and Italian dressing.

Another post worth unburying.
We call them "spiedini" and your combination of vegetables is one of the most common here in Italy except for squash.
I alway cook them on the gas grill, I might try Egging'em the next time
