Wasn’t going to do a stand-alone, but didn’t want to risk more chirps!
Very loosely based on this recipe, though I switched up some ingredients and grilled everything before it hit the saucepan. https://www.bakedbyclaire.com/blog/habanero-and-blueberry-hot-sauce/
Used the new SS Vitamix container that I posted on the WAYBN thread.
Came out great. Beautiful balance of sweet, salty, acid and heat! My wife’s words when she tried it: “Oh my god; that is so good!” Gave some to the neighbours who had gifted us the peppers.
Kinda looks like jam, so I may have to gift it to some unsuspecting folks as such! 😈

Way to get it done.Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. Life is too short for light/lite beer! Seems I'm livin in a transitional period. CHEETO (aka Agent Orange) makes Nixon look like a saint. -
Thanks for sharing. Followed the recipe, didn't have blueberries, used peach instead.

We’ve been putting it on everything. Works incredibly well as a spicy cheese topper.I’ll be sure to reach out for help finding the recipe when I’m looking for it a few months down the road. -

Thanks. Did another batch early yesterday morning with more of the neighbours’ peppers and with grape and a few blackberries and raspberries. Really enjoying the stuff.
