Grilled blueberry, pineapple, and assorted pepper hot sauce

Wasn’t going to do a stand-alone, but didn’t want to risk more chirps!

Had some assorted peppers from the neighbour and decided to use up some bluebbery and pineapple that was loitering in my fridge. Featured sweet onion, garlic, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, water, salt and pepper.

Used the new SS Vitamix container that I posted on the WAYBN thread. 

Came out great. Beautiful balance of sweet, salty, acid and heat! My wife’s words when she tried it: “Oh my god; that is so good!” Gave some to the neighbours who had gifted us the peppers. 

Kinda looks like jam, so I may have to gift it to some unsuspecting folks as such! 😈
