I was looking for a change to the standard BBQ baby back ribs, and we had some leftover huckleberry and haskap preserve. I mixed these together with some honey and a dash of apple cider vinegar. Dusted the baby backs with Tsunami Spin and cooked 2-2-0.75 at 225F with the first two hours smoked using an applewood chunk. Delicious.
