Mac/cheese, bean melody, grilled mangos

did up a family favourite, MaC, and then grilled some mangos for dessert with ice cream.

Then I put together a bunch of stuff for the vegetable. We have about 8 to 10 cups of green beans so I chopped up half of them and added a bunch of garlic. I had some Queijo coalho (Brazilian grill-able cheese) kicking about so that got crumbled up for the mix. Finally I added a 1/2 of sliced olives.  Grilled it all on the plancha (400F direct ring level) after I was done the mangos.  It was surprisingly good.

grilled mango was interesting - so much sugar that they caramelized nicely, these were REALLY ripe so lots of liquid steam and the typical flowery taste vanished.  I may like them even more than grilled pears.
