The reason for this entire thing. There is no way to get the main drive belt replaced without pulling the motor. The clip is part of the frame.

This thing better pop a wheelie when I'm done. -

I can read the words but no chance of translating them.zaphod said:just finished coding around a ... feature ... I found in iOS safari that appeared somewhere between 16 and 18. New window creations via "target=" in a link do not consistently get a HTTP_REFERER environment variable.
My C code, which generates XML code to be processed by my XSLT code to generate HTML kinda relied on that. oh well.
I get the meaning of "oh, well."
just did a job for a local contractor, he wrote his motto on the front fender ...... "OH WELL"......not too encouragingfukahwee maineyou can lead a fish to water but you can not make him drink it -

My father-in-law passed earlier this year. My husband is one of seven children and he was the only one who wanted this box of broken reels… because he knew I would enjoy fixing them. Don’t tell him I said so, but occasionally he is correct. Two down, seven to go…🤞I can get them all fixed.

I didn't put as much effort as I should have. I didn't expect this thing to be so hard to work on and that was at the beginning.WeberWho said:Elijah said:The reason for this entire thing. There is no way to get the main drive belt replaced without pulling the motor. The clip is part of the frame.

@GrateEggspectations yes I will. I love any and all types of fishing. My favorite is the luck of the draw with a cast net, but I will happily cast a line in any water.

dont see any pitting on the red plate penn, looks to be in good shape. is that a mitchell bait caster up top, i dont see many of those up here. if the penn was a green plate i would be begging to buy it from you....the green plates were all fresh water charter boat reels from the 50's, in good shape they get priceyfukahwee maineyou can lead a fish to water but you can not make him drink it -

a freebie cooling neck fan thing only worked on one side. the wire powering that side was clipped in two during assembly. must have been just before quitting time at the plant in Cupertino!!! easy fix and utility for a while instead of straight to the landfill.

Naah, those jobs come with a reasonable explanation. I'd wear it Monday morning and wait for someone to ask about my weekend.GrateEggspectations said:

Since we built this house 5 years ago our laundry never really got dry. We started with a maytag washer dryer combo, the washer fried the motherboard about two weeks out of warranty then the gear box a year later so I bought the BBQ forum recommended Speed Queen washing machine. However the clothes were still always damp coming out of the dryer so we accelerated our plan of buying the matching speed queen dryer and gave our maytag to a young person moving out of their parents. Unfortunately our clothes were still not getting completely dry! Swmbo has been running the dryer twice per load ever since. I always felt like the issue was with the dryer vent line, and remember telling the builder I had never seen one run up a wall and through the attic but he assured me it was not a issue.Last week I was laying in bed and thought to myself I wonder if anyone makes like a inline dryer vent fan or booster, to my surprise, Yes! I also found doing some surface research that dryer vents should be 25' or less and every 90 adds 5', So I sprang out of bed and got out the tape measure, 10' up the wall, to a 90 and 25' across the attic I came up with 40' of vent!So I installed this bad boy Monday. The clear line goes to the vent and triggers a pressure switch that turns the fan on when it senses pressure then runs for 5 minutes and checks again. Pretty cool. Our clothes are dry finally, swmbo put a full size quilt in there last night and it was dry in one cycle.

I love these stories. Glad you're finally getting dry clothes. What a relief!alaskanassasin said:Since we built this house 5 years ago our laundry never really got dry. One of our three dryers was not drying clothes in our laundromat. My employee took the ductwork apart and cleaned out a bunch of debris. Dryer still didn't dry after that. I took it apart. His first repair should have worked but when he reassembled it he put the inline flapper in the vent tube backwards so it wouldn't open.Large, Medium, MiniMax, 36" Blackstone

@alaskanassasin I played with one of those for a home theatre install to vent an enclosed CRT projector. They are funny in that they are not quiet at all, but are designed to be "down the line" of the vent so noise doesn't matter. Even better near a running dryer I expect.
I ended up using a bathroom fan for my application, I just could not get the distance away from the home theatre for the turbo fan's noise level.
I used a thermo relay switch to turn the unit on/off because I was dealing with evacuating heat. That pressure switch is pretty slick.~~

@Canugghead I am unable to fix stupid. I have tried but not with any success. @alaskanassasin I just run my leaf blower (electric not gas) to clear out our dryer line. My DH stands outside and comes in when it stops “snowing” from the roof vent. @fishlessman sorry it took so long to respond… yes, it is a Mitchell and it will probably be the last one I try and work on, the Kencor 130 Drum is also giving me a headache but I haven't given up yet. Both Penn’s are purring and I can’t wait to use them. One is a Penn Peer 209. The other is a Penn PeerLess 109.
