Beautiful dinner!

Beautiful! I love doing bread and those baguettes look really fine. Please details about the pork cook!

For the cook, it was simple. I put a rub on it and put it on a rib rack at around 400. I had a pc of foil under it to keep it from burning and cooked to about 140, sauce at the end . FYI, the cutting board is my latest little projectStormbringer said:That looks fantastic. What is the cooking method for the tomahawk pork chop please?

Very excellent!
I've wanted to make sourdough baguettes for a while. None of my attempts have come close to looking as good as yours.#1 LBGE December 2012 • #2 SBGE February 2013 • #3 Mini May 2013A happy BGE family in Houston, TX. -
Not sure which is better - your cooks or your photos? That looks mighty appealing!!
I would rather light a candle than curse your darkness.
