    For the cook, it was simple. I put a rub on it and put it on a rib rack at around 400.  I had a pc of foil under it to keep it from burning and cooked to about 140, sauce at the end . FYI, the cutting board is my latest little project
    Thanks, was it direct or indirect? Looks like direct from the pic. And nice looking boards.

    Yes, direct but I had the foil under it for a while to avoid burning

    I've wanted to make sourdough baguettes for a while. None of my attempts have come close to looking as good as yours.
