    If teachers were paid on results, I'd say Mass teachers are owed a lot more money. Isn't Mass consistently tops in education?

    You are a superstar at what you do.  Do you hide behind unions, are your students the best they can be because of you.  Any one that went to school knows that most teachers are sub par. 😁

    Good education doesn't require good parenting, but the odds go way up when parents/family are part of the equation. There is so much more to this than just the teacher.

    And I'll add, killing things like school lunch programs, anything that is supportive to students especially when their family isn't or can't be, that's moving us in the wrong direction, not just teacher salaries.

    All in for lunches, add breakfast....parents need do do better, but teachers need to at least be held accountable thru there students test scores

    Perhaps it would help if we… paid them a bit more?  So the young and talented ones earned enough to afford to stay in the profession?  I’m just spitballing here…
