Can anyone post a copy of Cat’s Ribs rub recipe? Got the urge to do these yesterday, got out the juniper berries and everything. Then discovered my copy of this recipe has disappeared. Search didn’t bring it up. Thanks

I checked my rub library and found nothing from cat. BTW cat was a chef in NYC. My memory of her was she was close to the WTC and during the horrible aftermath her restaurant closed to the public and she was just was cooking food for the work crews. I don’t recall her posting much at all after that.

Thanks everyone. I did those ribs with some rubs I had laying around. Turned out great. But I have Cat’s recipe for next time. Thanks again.
