A buddy of mine did a video using 80 garlic cloves. I decided 40 was plenty. Also used boneless and skinless thighs.Β

After grilling, braised them with white wine, chicken broth, butter and herbs for about 30 min at 400Β°. Super tasty!

  • Those are ratios I can get behind - especially the original 80 cloves!

Tell us about the bread and rice. All looks great.Β

Oh nice I just zoomed in and saw the extra cloves of garlic on the top of the thighs in the plated pic.Β

Edit: this is proof that there is no such thing as too much garlic.

  • Also, I don’t know why your title is in italics, but figure you’ve earned it with that much garlic.Β

    Sounds very much my speed.Β

You might have seen me post about it before, but a fave app my mother made growing up was a pan of many garlic heads with the tops sliced off sitting in a pool of dry white wine and chunks of blue cheese. Served with fresh bread. Roast in the oven until the cloves can be squeezed from their casings and smeared onto the bread before sopping up the wine and blue cheese. Did it a while back now but couldn’t find where I posted it. Super simple and incredibly delicious - especially with homemade bread.Β

Be still my beating heart ! Looks delicious. Well executed, and well presented!

The first time i lit my egg, I cooked on it for 36 hrs straight (4 meals). One of the cooks was a measly 30 cloves of garlic chicken recipe that turned out well. This is a reminder to make it again... but amped up :)Β

Haha, speaking of finding stuff, this happened...
Was at Mcd to redeem soon-to-be expired points, app says I can get any size coffee for 2k pts but presented me with this:
