Egg Genius Stopped Blowing

I bought an Egg Genius 6 months ago and it's worked great until now. Here's the deal;
*The EG is powered on.
*The EG is connected to my wifi network.
*The EG program on my phone works.
*Both EG probes register.
*I have done a factory reset 4 times.
*THE EG BLOWER STILL WILL NOT WORK!
Any help is much appreciated!

If the output shows an "output " you may just have a broken wire on the fan, I have had that happen on my FB FansVisalia, Ca @lkapigian

Egg genius never stopped blowing. Ive had my Smobot for probably 5 years, I have never had a single problem with it except a temp probe issue they warrantied. It is dead simple, works the way the egg was intended too natural air flow. I leave it out in the rain for days after a cook and no issues. I lit the egg last night so it was ready for football brisket launch this morning.
