I follow the Two Guys and a Cooler channel on EweTube, he (have never seen the second guy) specializes in making sausages, salamis, and other aged/smoked/stuffed/fermented meat treats. Every October he posts a new recipe every single day (which I try to follow), and today was a "bonus" video where he lists his Top-Five (plus one bonus Biltong Salami), and Larry's recipe was among them!

I currently watch EweTube videos thru a free Apple app called "Swizztube", which eliminates ads (and allows FF thru "embedded" ads), and it mostly carried over my Preferences for content, but it's a bit buggy and I've missed a couple of this years' Top-Five, including Larry's sausage in a Bao Bun recipe.
