    There are a number of fine Minnesotan Eggheads. Most don’t post on a regular basis but they are awesome. Maybe they will chime in with some photos from their famous Frozen Fest they used to host every year.

    My fridge RN:



    Brisket #1 is bottom left in peach butcher paper. I just put brisket #2 on.

    Upper right is Pinto beans and turkey wings, collard greens.

    Also chorizo in the green bowl, corn fresh plucked, black beans.

    The plastic food containers are gumbo, courtesy of my brother.

    Then we got the cheese curd and jalapeno brats, bacon, cheese curds, and more cheese.

    Lots of buttermilk, butter, and milk.
