Mini mandoline?

Anyone have a good recommendation for a small mandoline? We love thinly sliced radishes for a variety of dishes and while my knife skills are fine it’s a pita.

If you're gonna get one, get one you can easily use with onion and potatoes too and ignore the OSHA violation that Fishless will inevitably post.
We have an OXO full stand one we love, but there plenty of handheld ones. Not a felon -

Get a food processor instead. I know of several people, including myself, who ended up in the ER due to those meat eaters.

I have a small mandoline from Kyocera, that I bought maybe 20 years ago. It has a double-sided, ceramic blade, which is non-adjustable. It cuts very thin slices, perfect for radishes but too thin for, say, potatoes. My only complaint is that I have to use a rubber band to keep the hand guard over the blade in a drawer; after 20 years it's still dangerously sharp.
I checked amazoid and they're still sold, although they now have an adjustable model, looks like the same size, still only $25 or so. I have a normal-size Benriner for potatoes and other stuff.___________"When small men begin to cast big shadows, it means that the sun is about to set."

Get one that doesn’t need the safety guard to use. The safeties limit the size of stuff you can cut.

Thanks all, and Botch I’ll likely go your route. I sliced a handful last night using same Wusthof knife I’ve used for a long while. Sharp as crap but it’s still a pita IMO.LBGE, 28” BS, Weber Kettle, HCI 7.8 SE Texas

I have something very similar to the below made by Kuhn Rikon. I love it for paper thin garlic slices. Remember the scene in Goodfellows in the prison where he's cutting garlic with a razor blade? Same results.

I have one of the Oxo models. Never hurt but I always use the guard except for jalapeño slices. I have a rule though, if I find myself saying that I can get one more slice, I have to stop there. My nephew’s first wife did a number on. Herself with one though.
-
We have the OXO one too. I don’t use it much but when I do, I almost always use the guard. Without the guard I take it very slowly. Haven’t had an issue with it yet but it is scary sharp for sure."I've made a note never to piss you two off." - Stike

Agreed, she is somewhere in Arkansas last that I heard. Nobody’s all bad, she made excellent 🥧 pies. Wife’s number two delegates cooking to my nephew which might be for the best.
