This table seems way cheaper than anything else. Any thoughts?

It says it can hold 300 pounds in the middle position. However, I ordered one and it is very light, the platform to hold the cooker is fastened to the side with 8 screws, and it doesn't inspire a ton of confidence that it would hold 300 pounds. A large egg (without food / platesetter) is around 160 pounds. Otherwise, it is a pretty nice thing, especially for hte price. Haven't been able to find any reviews on it.

That looks like a steal!!The Dude: This is a very complicated case, Maude. You know, a lotta ins, lotta outs, lotta what-have-you's. And, uh, lotta strands to keep in my head, man. Lotta strands in old Duder's head. Luckily I'm adhering to a pretty strict, uh, drug regimen to keep my mind, you know, limber.Walter Sobchak: Nihilists! *uck me. I mean, say what you want about the tenets of National Socialism, Dude, at least it's an ethos.Cumming, GAEggs - XL, L, SmallGasser - Blaze 5 Burner

I have the table in use now and I like it. For the price it seems really hard to beat.

That is insanely cheap. That seems to be an amazing deal to me.Keepin' It Weird in The ATX FBTX

what is that pattern on the top - looks good! or is it just a reflection/artifact in the photo (still looks good if it is that).

Casters dont inspire confidence. Light guage with bends to stiffen it up. My bet it will work itself loose quickly but what do I know. Hope it works out. HOw long did it take to assemble?

I know this an old post, but have that table and was wondering if you really need the legs/space between the metal table and the BGE.

yes air gap is best for both the table and quick occasional inspection of base for any cracks

thanks for the advice
