Not much to add on this one. Topped with crispy bacon. Inspired by a recipe we found a hard copy of a Ricardo magazine (looked online, but could not find it). Incredibly satisfying, and like all of his recipes, very straightforward and pantry and fridge-friendly, in that it uses many ingredients you likely already have on hand.
