Thought I was thawing wings, well it’s still chicken. Brined in Voodoo and salt. Smoked a couple hours. SBR’s and buffalo dust at the end. Spicy! But falling apart.

We do hot legs all the time. They’re cheaper, more meat and easier for the kids to eat.
Black pepper, garlic powder and onion salt, indirect at 400 for about 40 minutes (flip halfway through). Coat in bbq sauce or buffalo sauce then direct for 2-3 minutes per side. -
