Probably too late for your 2024 St Patty's Day meal...BUT if not...

Here is my favorite - very tasty addition to my home cooked St Patty's Day cabbage. It is called “Balsamic Reduction”
Combine 1cup Balsamic vinegar plus 1 T of white sugar in a small sauce pan over medium high heat on your stove.
Stir and bring that that mixture to a boil…then turn down to medium/low and simmer until the mixture has been reduced to HALF of what you started out with and NOW is thick!
Drizzle this over your cabbage slices before adding the corned beef slices on top.
You can thank me later!

Balsamic reduction goes great with pretty much everything! I have never added sugar before, but will give it a shot. Thanks for sharing!
