That impressive @Canugghead … neat story about Matt Basile and smoked bone marrow nachos sound pretty wild. Food trucks / pop ups can be interesting. APL puts out some great looking spreads on his IG page too. Never been to LA myself, only other parts of CA.

Cool guy, I've met him few times demo'ing the Alchemy grill at my favourite bbq dealer, the one that sold Harry's wife her Large BGE when shooting Suits in the GWN. Needless to say, APL is at another level.canuckland
