“Jambalaya”

It’s rainy and cold for Vegas. Chicken and sausage jambalaya ingredients were in the fridge. Turned out well. Added the traditional Tapatio at the end.

    Gotta love how the "post your cook thread" has taken off.  Great cook right there.  Sweet.

    Billy is a great old guy, a good friend of mine too. Much of what he said is as good as that jambalaya looks. Except that the jambalaya ain't just words, it looks more delicious than that.
