    I mix a bit into the bechamel that makes up the mac and cheese.  You don’t need much - just a dollop will do it.

    I bought chipped beef for tomorrow because of the Cholula shortage here. I'm looking forward to my Mac n cheese bacon, blue cheese truff though. The market basket owner is in for it next time I see him though, working up the chain for Cholula....
