After the pulled pork overdose yesterday we needed something light for Sunday dinner. We pulled out an old favorite. I boned a turkey breast and wrapped it in bacon. The basket weave on the diagonal makes it taste better. I read this on a grilling forum. It was on the internet so you know it’s true.

Bacon enhances any cook and gets a boost when with the poultry white meat cuts. I second the above regarding nice weave.

it turned out great as always. Served with sautéed beans, some whole grains, and a dollop of homemade caramelized onion jam.
