Snapdragon Vietnamese Pho

If you haven’t realized it yet, I am a huge fan of Costco. So many great quality products there. This is the Snapdragon Vietnamese Pho bowls they carry. Box of 9. Works like perfection with leftover grilled chops. Not true pho I guess since I put in cooked pork, but man it’s good IMO. Cheap, easy and quick. Great work lunch meal.

Those Snapdragon Pho bowls are tasty, we have tried them. I wouldn’t worry about the authenticity of whatever you mix into it, its pho in name only,
