First nice spring day here in Noodleville Ontario 36 degrees and sunny. A couple of St. Louis style ribs. One with a combo of Dizzy Pig Bayouish & Bad Byron’s Butt Rub with a little Rufus Teaque Touch O’Heat sauce. The other bare naked as a newborn baby. 225-250 indirect for 4 hours. Digging in with cole slaw on the side. Thanks for looking!
